Fall Recruitment
Each fall, Gamma Phi Beta participates in the Panhellenic Fall Formal Recruitment. It helps us to meet great girls who will become members of our sorority. Recruitment is a week-long process where San Diego State University females get to know all the different chapters. Potential new members get to learn about each chapter's sisterhood, philanthropy, tour the house, and get to know current members! Recruitment is a mutual selection process, where both girls and chapters narrow their lists each day.
